This is a fun event where teams of three will compete to see who can complete a set of challenges located around campus the fastest. This year the theme is Fantasy, so come in your best bard, orc, knight, ent, wizard, elf, dwarf, ranger, etc attire!
All teams will meet at Bryson at 1pm for the official roll call and costume competition. After this point you are welcome to take your costume off for the main event (wouldn't want to risk tearing those fancy pants). Each team will be given a map of campus with various challenge locations marked accordingly. You will have a set amount of time (probably about an hour to an hour and a half) to complete as many challenges as possible before going to the end location.
This is a fun event for all, so whether you just want to come and partake in the festivities casually or if you are willing to die on your shield for the chance at being the greatest adventurers in the realm, this is the event for you!
There will be three primary prizes, for the three teams who;
Have the best costumes
Complete the most tasks within the time limit
Are the most spirited
Additionally, there will be draw prizes for any and all who participate.
So start getting your teams of co-conspirators, fellow crew members, coworkers, family and friends together now and sign up your team at the Adventure Programs lunch table, and we hope to see you on the field!
