 ng the work of Jillian Marie Browning will be on view at Warren Wilson Col
 lege from August 18th to October 3rd\, 2025. Warren Wilson’s Art & Craft
  Department is excited to host an exhibition featuring larger than life cy
 anotypes and installations by interdisciplinary artist\, Jillian Marie Bro
 wning. \n\n \n\nJillian Marie Browning (she/they) is an interdisciplinary 
 artist pursuing themes of feminism\, identity\, and the contemporary black
  experience. Born in Ocala\, Florida they received a Bachelor of Science d
 egree in Photography from the University of Central Florida in 2012 and a 
 Master of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art from Florida State University in 
 2015. They have had their work shown nationally as well as been included i
 n the permanent collection of the Center for Photography at Woodstock\, Th
 e Southeast Museum of Photography\, and the University of Maryland’s Dav
 id C. Driskell Center For The Study of Visual Arts and Culture Of African 
 Americans and the African Diaspora. They currently serve as Assistant Prof
 essor of Photography at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. \n\n \n\n
 The exhibition closing reception is on October 3rd from 3:00-5:00 PM.  The
  Elizabeth Holden Gallery is open M-F\, 10-4pm and most Saturdays 1-4pm.
