Buncombe County planners are seeking input and feedback from the Warren Wilson community, and they're coming to us to hear our voices! This is an important chance to weigh in regarding what your vision is for issues in Swannanoa such as future growth, conservation, resilience, housing, transportation, and recreation. The County is currently developing a Small Area and Resilience Plan for Swannanoa's future growth and recovery. A Small Area Plan identifies a specific neighborhood or geographic boundary and outlines a detailed plan for addressing future change in a way that responds to the unique characteristics and needs of the area. This interactive session will allow WWC community members to circulate among several map stations and give feedback on what matters most to each of us as planning moves forward. Please note this is being held in collaboration with Staff Body, but all employees and students are encouraged to attend.
