This session explores how the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS) is partnering with organizations across the region to create pathways into farming and food systems leadership for the next generation. Participants will hear directly from apprentices, including Warren Wilson College and local high school students, about their hands-on experiences and what it means to grow into this work as emerging climate-smart food and farm leaders. CEFS is partnering with other organizations to prepare the next generation of farmers.
