Join Martha as we use movement, breath, and relaxation to refresh and revitalize the nervous system. Martha has 20 years experience teaching yoga, most recently at Asheville Community Yoga and Weaverville Yoga. She will guide you through postures and breath patterns that help to relieve stress and relax. A great class for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
