Join us for a presentation on the clean up work done on the 2.5 miles of the Swannanoa River that flows through the WWC campus. CWL Dean and Director Dr. Dave Ellum will be discussing the entire process, from the early days of Army Corps mobilization through on-site development of ecologically sound protocols to current and future research and educational activities focused on resilience planning for future flood events. Following the presentation, an expert panel of WWC faculty and staff will answer questions and provide additional insights. This event is free and open to the public.
