Rooted in the sacred tantric tradition, Radiant Body Living Yoga offers mindful flowing vinyasa to prepare the body for the profound wisdom of kriya and meditation. This is a practice for life, replete with asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation in transformational combinations to meet you where you are and deliver you to the most radiant, thriving version of you. Radiant Body Living Yoga is exactly that ~ your radiant body, living yoga with each breath. Accessible to all levels, offering foundational integrity for beginners as well as expanded horizons of awareness to advanced practitioners.
