The Beloved Community Lecture Series (BCLS) kicks off on Wednesday 2/7 at 6pm with a Lecture and Discussion with Dr. Dwight Mullen, Chair of the Asheville and Buncombe County Community Reparations Commission and Professor Emeritus of Political Science. His topic will be "The State of Black Asheville: A Review"

The BCLS is a monthly set of lectures/presentations designed by The Office of Inclusive Excellence to highlight and honor essential members of our community that have worked diligently and passionately towards shaping an environment that we hope will one day be viewed, imagined, and realized as "beloved".
